It’s been a magical award season for the Sirenis Corporation as they proudly accept every RCI accolade possible on behalf of their Caribbean properties!   RCI is the vacation ownership industry’s largest exchange company.SIRENIS2015-SAN-173

Service, service, service…. In the hospitality industry, customer satisfaction is a top priority and for the first time in history, both Sirenis properties received RCI’s Excellence in Service Award. The recognition, presented to less than 4% of the 4500 RCI hotels worldwide, was awarded for the third consecutive year to Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and, drum roll please… Sirenis Punta Cana was the first hotel ever to receive the award in the Dominican Republic!

To give this outstanding achievement the considerable attention it deserves, Mr. Luis Gonzalez, Director of Operations at Sirenis Punta Cana Casino & Aquagames, went all out by hosting an elaborate celebration at the prestigious Dux CapCana night club, completeIMG_4215 with breathtaking views and a truly unique ambiance.  In honor of the special occasion, a prestigious guest list included the presence of Mr. Ernesto Veloz, the Director of Punta Cana Hotel Association, Sirenis Corporate Directors and various media reporters.  The elegant black and white affair was a testament to Sirenis’ corporate home in Spain and its world famous Ibiza party life.IMG_4430

With such success, it’s hard to believe that the accomplishments of your home resorts didn’t end there. Both also earned the RCI Gold Crown, RCI Premier All-Inclusive and RCI Top Producer awards.

Grand Sirenis has been designated a Gold Crown resort by RCI since its affiliation with the exchange company began in 2010. The distinction indicates the resort is in the top tier of the RCI resort collection, delivering the highest level of service and amenities.  The Premium All-Inclusive distinction demonstrates that both beachfront resorts consistently deliver the highest quality all-inclusive amenities and unparalleled service that go beyond the typical all-inclusive resort.  It’s no question that after winning these awards, both Caribbean resorts also received the RCI Top Producer Award for outstanding sales performance.IMG_4901

Not to   outdone by the extravagant celebration at Sirenis Punta Cana, Vanessa Costa, Director of Operations at Grand Sirenis, put together an even groovier event to celebrate the Mexico properties’ record-breaking successes.  A roof top party, complete with a Flower Power theme also in honor of the Sirenis corporation headquarters, featured a 360 degree view of the ocean that was perfect for viewing the evening’s fairy-tale like sunset and full moon.   Highlights of the unforgettable night included taking photos from behind a retro van topped with suitcases describing the theme of the night… peace, love, family, friends & vacation!  Touching family videos were also shown as a surprise to the winners of the Top Producer awards.  These were the individuals whose performances, throughout 2014, stood out from the rest.

“I am very happy to see how the resorts’ various teams from maids to corporate directors have engaged and worked together throughout the year to accomplish the goals of earning these prestigious awards.  It has been a great journey and a new milestone for our Sirenis brand,” said Grace Sepulveda, Director of Sirenis Premium Travelers International.  “The energy and ambience of the events were extraordinary and well-deserved.  I am confident that the distinctions granted to us by RCI represent the quality of service that our guests and members receive and solidify our brand’s dedication to achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction.”

It’s going to be tough to top the achievements of 2015, but the Sirenis Corporation is determined to continue enhancing their already exceptional level of service to members and guests and to continue knocking these award seasons out of the park!

Sirenis Premium Traveler Assists Grand Sirenis in Receiving 3 RCI Awards

Sirenis Hotels & Resorts, in conjunction with Sirenis Premium Travelers Club, happily accepted three prestigious awards from RCI, the vacation ownership industry’s largest exchange company. The awards included Excellence in Service, Gold Crown and Premium All-Inclusive distinctions.

Sirenis Hotels & Resorts proudly announced today that its flagship resort, Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya, has received three awards and distinctions from RCI. The awards were given during an evening of awards and celebration on February 27 at the resort, which took place in the magnificent Grand Presidential Suite with 360-degree views of the Caribbean Sea and on-site Mayan ruin.

Grand Sirenis received its fourth consecutive Gold Crown award—the resort has been designated a Gold Crown resort by RCI since its affiliation with the exchange company began in 2010. The Gold Crown distinction indicates the resort is in the top tier of the RCI resort collection, delivering the highest level of service and amenities.

The resort also received the Excellence in Service award. This prestigious recognition is awarded based on comments from RCI members who exchange opinions about the hospitality and quality of service found in resorts around the world. Just nine out of 80 resorts in Riviera Maya have received this distinction. Sirenis Premium Travelers Club played a key role in obtaining this award. The staff of Sirenis Premium Travelers Club provided many services for RCI members who visited the resort, including pre-arrival communications and on-site personal concierge services. The club is a membership-based vacation club provided by Sirenis Hotels & Resorts.

The third award the resort received was the Premium All-Inclusive distinction, a brand-new resort distinction announced by RCI in 2012. Similar to the Gold Crown distinction, this award indicates that the resort consistently delivers the highest quality all-inclusive amenities and unparalleled service that go beyond the typical all-inclusive resort. Indeed, Grand Sirenis has an impressive variety of a la carte restaurants and other all-inclusive services that are rare in the region.

“We are so proud to have received these prestigious awards from RCI,” said Joan Llinas, Sirenis Hotels’ Director of Operations for the Caribbean Area. “I want to thank our staff, both the hotel staff and the Sirenis Premium Travelers Club team, for their dedication to quality and service for our guests.”

“These awards mean we will see more RCI guests at the hotel, learning about the privileges of the Club,” said Grace Sepulveda, Director of the Sirenis Premium Travelers Club. “That is a great thing for the hotel and for the Club.”
